Will my clients know Lys Hosting is behind it?
You decide. You can present hosting under your brand — we stay in the background — or introduce us as your infrastructure partner. We never solicit your clients directly.
Who supports my clients?
You remain your clients’ first contact; we are your technical escalation, with replies in 1 to 2 hours. If you prefer we take support end to end, let’s talk — that is a custom arrangement.
How does migration of my existing clients work?
It is included: you give us the list, we plan a calendar, and we migrate each site with the same method as our direct migrations (copy, validation, scheduled DNS cutover).
What if I exceed 1 TB?
We warn you well ahead of time, and we agree on a reasonably priced extension. No cut-off, no surprise invoice.
