Pricing is on quote, because a 2-person company and a 20-person one do not have the same needs. Ballpark: from $14.99/month per user, hardware extra if you opt for physical phones.
Frequently asked questions.
Can I keep my current number?
Yes. Number portability (514, 418, 819, 450, 1-8XX…) is included: we handle the paperwork with your current provider, without service interruption.
Do I need to buy equipment?
Not necessarily. You can use an app on your phone or computer. If you prefer real desk phones, we supply preconfigured Yealink devices — plug them in and they work.
Where is the system hosted?
On our own infrastructure in Montreal — the same one described on the Infrastructure page. Your call data stays in Canada.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Our agreements are monthly. If the service does not suit you, you leave with your number — it is your number.
What happens if my Internet connection drops?
Calls can be automatically redirected to a mobile or voicemail, according to the continuity plan we configure with you at install time.
